We give a 12 month warranty on our workmanship for both chlorinator and pump repairs. All parts installed come with a 12 month warranty. We cannot be held liable for problems that occur to other parts of the chlorinator or pump that we have not worked on.
Please note that our warranty is not transferrable to a new owner of the equipment. That is, if we have provided a warranty to Mr Smith for example and you purchase the item from Mr Smith, the warranty will no longer be valid, because the transaction was made between Aquamech Services and Mr Smith only.
For warranty of any goods purchased from Aquamech Services, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (07) 3067 7956 to log your request. You will then be instructed on the best way to have your problem rectified.
You will be required to send your item back or bring it into Aquamech Services to have your warranty dealt with. All goods that require servicing must be returned to us at the customer’s expense. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the original purchase receipt with all warranty claims.
In the event of a change of mind or return of item not under warranty terms there will be a 20% restocking fee applied.
